3. Return Pickup Process
If your pincode is eligible, we will arrange a reverse pickup of the product.
If reverse pickup is not available, you may be asked to self-ship the item to our return address.
The product must be in:
Original condition
Unused
With all tags, labels, packaging, and accessories
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only after the returned product is:
Received at our warehouse or supplier location
Verified through a quality check
Refund Methods
Prepaid Orders: Refund to original payment method
COD Orders: Refund via UPI or store credit
